Nutritional Sins

In the cycle of works entitled Nutritional Sins, Ingrid Marie Ørsted refers to global issues and historical political and economic divisions. The issue of fighting for resources that is also reflected in the manners of consuming food and wasting it remains in the center of her interests. The artist’ s approach towards the tensions and fears connected with the future of the humankind goes far beyond simple divisions into East and West or North and South.
